is not a township-forming enterprise of Chusovoy town settlement (Chusovoy Metal Factory JSC) or its subsidiaries

project is related to processing and other specified operational activities
investment of not less than 5 million roubles with 1 year from being added to the registry of residents
project creates over 250 jobs within 1 year
foreign employees - less than 25%
contracts with township-forming enterprise (% of project revenue) not more than 50%

Order of receipt

Application for an agreement on the implementation of activities on PSEDA to the Ministry of Territorial Development of Perm region

Consideration of the application within 15 working days by the Ministry of Territorial Development of Perm region

Conclusion of an agreement and inclusion in the register of residents

Deciding on the possibility of concluding an agreement on the implementation of activities within 20 working days

Order of receipt

Provision by the taxpayer of documents required to confirm the right to apply the tax rate

Conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of the project and adding the information about the taxpayer into the appropriate register

The emergence of the right to apply a reduced tax rate from the 1st of the reporting period following the reporting (tax) period in which the investment agreement entered into force

Order of receipt

Provision by the taxpayer of documents required to confirm the right to apply the tax rate

Conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of the project and entering information about the taxpayer into the appropriate register
